1) How to Purchase
Jewelry purchased directly through our e-commerce site can currently only be delivered to the USA and Puerto Rico. For international orders, please contact Finn email.

2) Payment
Finn accepts all major credit cards. For security, your billing address must match the address on file at your credit card company. If there is a discrepancy, there will be a delay in processing the order.

Finn does not accept personal checks, money orders, COD’s, or Layaway Plans.

We will charge applicable state, local and county taxes on all online orders based on shipping address. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

3) Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, it is considered final. We cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified or cancelled.

4) Shipping & Delivery
All Finn Jewelry is shipped in a wrapped gift box.

For security reasons, Finn online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. We do not allow for a signature release. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

All purchases are shipped via FedEx. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by the shipping method. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Finn cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you upon shipping your order.

5) Repairs
Products in need of repair may be mailed to the appropriate address below:

Please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, and the original sales invoice. We recommend that you package the item securely and ship it via insured mail. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for a repair assessment. Detailed repair information and a repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed.

6) Returns & Exchanges
For online purchases, FINN will accept merchandise in its original condition for a store credit when accompanied by the original packaging and original sales invoice. Please note that we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.

Should you decide to return a purchase for credit, you must notify Finn directly and ship merchandise back within 10 days of receiving your order. You will need to obtain a Return Authorization number from us, and have that number clearly marked on the package in order for us to accept it.

Please note that returns and exchanges must be made directly through Finn. Associate department stores that carry Finn will not accept items purchased from FINN’s online store.

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

We recommend that you ship merchandise via FedEx or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Finn will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. 
Credit for jewelry will only be honored if the return instructions above are followed. Finn reserves the right to refuse return for credit or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in Finn’s sole discretion.

7) Errors & Inaccuracies
Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website be completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

8) Security
FINN uses appropriate security measures to protect the information you provide to us. However, while we take reasonable steps to protect this personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, you accept that no Internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this breach is due to our gross negligence.
